INTRODUCTION

By using QuantaHost you agree to be in compliance with the following Terms. In the event of you violating/trying to violate the following Terms, you may be permanently banned from the QuantaHost platform. This agreement can change at any time with or without prior notice. It is up to you, as a customer of QuantaHost to check these Terms regularly and ensure you are compliant with them.

ACCOUNT

Upon registering with, or purchasing services from QuantaHost your details will be stored securely on our servers. These details will not be shared with any third-party organisation. In order to comply with our Account Terms you must follow the following:

1) Your account details must not be shared with anyone other than yourself. You may add additional users to hosting panels once you purchase a service.

2) If you are banned, you must not attempt to bypass our filter and access QuantaHost.

3) Details displayed on your account must be accurate and correct. Failure to do so, may result in your account being terminated or suspended until the changes are made.

4) We are not accountable for any activity made on your account from other individuals. It is your responsibility to ensure only you have access to your account.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Upon purchasing a package from QuantaHost, you will be required to pay the full amount beforehand in order to activate your hosting package, unless stated otherwise. If the total cost of your order exceeds $50, QuantaHost may request proof of your ID to protect us in the event of any fraudulent activities.

We offer a 24 hour money back guarantee on our Web hosting packages. During this time you will be able to receive your money back if you believe your server does not meet your needs. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation request during this time for reasons including but not limited to:

a) Continuously requesting refunds

b) Server was used for a temporary event with the intent to request a refund after the event is complete.

c) Any of our other Terms and Conditions were broken.

We do not offer any refunds at any point with service add-ons.

TERMINATION

QuantaHost reserves the right to terminate your account or services at any time with or without prior notice. Account suspension and termination will occur if you breach any of our Terms and Conditions, including:

a) Excessive DDoS Attacks

b) High CPU Usage

c) Attempting to exploit known and unknown bugs.

d) Using your server to carry out black-hat related activities.

Please be aware that QuantaHost will not be held liable to refund you if your hosting package gets terminated. It is up to you as a paying customer of QuantaHost to ensure that any existing recurring payments are cancelled via your payment method of choice. Additionally, we do not issue any backups once we’ve terminated your service.

Upon your invoice becoming overdue, QuantaHost will suspend your service and an email will be sent to you explaining why your service was suspended. After 7 days of your service being unpaid, QuantaHost will terminate your server with no option of a backup. As a customer you agree to your server contents being destroyed in the event of you failing to keep up to date with payments.

Termination of services by the Client must be requested in a written notice and will be effective on receipt of such notice. E-mail requests for termination of services will not be honoured until and unless confirmed in writing. It is up to you as a paying customer of QuantaHost to ensure that any existing recurring payments are cancelled via your payment method of choice. Any client who initiates a PayPal claim/dispute against their purchase from QuantaHost is liable to have his/her services terminated without warning. If the client distributes slander or defamation in regards to services provided, the client is liable to have his/her services terminated without warning.

SUPPORT

We pride ourselves in quick support times across via Discord. QuantaHost reserves the right to refuse to assist a user if they have been abusive to our members of staff. QuantaHost may also take additional measures in the event of abuse which include but is not limited to service termination. Please see our Terminations section for more information.

WEBSITE HOSTING

Our Website Hosting plans have restrictions in place which can lead to your service being terminated.

a) High CPU Usage

b) Websites used to promote racist, sexist and/or homophobic language.

c) Websites which have a sole purpose of defamatory comments towards people.

d) Hosting nulled/cracked products.

e) Hosting copyrighted material.

f) Email spamming

g) Using our plans as File Storage.

CHARGES

Charges for services to be provided by QuantaHost are defined in the project quotation that the Client receives from a representative. Quotations are valid for a maximum period of 3 days. QuantaHost reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quotation within or after the 3 days.

Payment for services is due by online Credit/Debit card payments, Bank Transfer or PayPal. These details will be made available on invoices.

QuantaHost may apply additional charges if the client misses a payment deadline. A late fee of up to $20USD per day may be charged if the client fails to make an agreed payment on time.

QuantaHost maintains the right to charge an hourly rate of up to $50 per hour for all out of project services or assistance. Including but not limited to; file transfers, assistance configuring client's software & support provided to the client. A one hour minimum applies.

INDEMNITY

All QuantaHost services may be used for lawful purposes only. You agree to indemnify and hold QuantaHost harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our service that damages you or any other party.

GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The Client's payment of an advance fee constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Payment online is an acceptance of our terms and conditions.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by English Law.
